This is my Local Weather

I live in New York on Long Island.  Long Island is an island as the name implies, that lies East of New York City.  The closest area that I can get the weather for is JFK Airport.  The airport is about 20 minutes from my house, so it is pretty close.   If you want to add the Weather to your site, just go to The Weather Channel
